Muslim Prayer Reminder MCP

Accurate Muslim prayer times inside ChatGPT and AI assistants, with clear calculation settings.

Muslim Prayer Reminder MCP brings Muslim prayer-time calculations into ChatGPT and other AI assistants without asking a language model to guess a timetable. It uses the selected location, date, time zone, regional calculation authority and Asr juristic convention to return structured prayer-time information. The tool makes its calculation settings explicit so users can understand and compare results with their local mosque timetable. Check the next prayer and remaining time while working in an AI assistant, or connect the MIT-licensed open-source MCP server to a compatible client. Available free through ChatGPT and as source code on GitHub. Local mosque adjustments and differences between calculation methods may affect the final timetable.

Audience

Muslims using ChatGPT, developers, students and anyone who wants prayer times inside an AI workflow.

Problem

General-purpose AI assistants can assume the wrong location or prayer-time convention and confidently return inaccurate schedules.

Solution

Deterministic prayer-time tools expose location, timezone and calculation settings rather than relying on language-model guesses.

What makes it unique

Free, MIT-licensed, supports several calculation authorities and Asr conventions, and works directly with AI assistants using MCP.
